What the forms collect

When you book a visit or send a request, the form sends Eric your name, phone number, where the vehicle is, what is going on, and anything else you choose to type, like an email or the year, make and model. Eric uses it to do the work you ask for, and keeps it in his customer records (your name, phone number, vehicles and past visits) so he knows your car next time.

Deposits and online payments

If you pay a deposit or an invoice online, you type your card on Stripe's secure payment page, not on this website. This website never sees or keeps card numbers; Eric's records refuse them.

Who else sees it

The website and Eric's records are hosted by Netlify. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising tags and no analytics that follow you. If you choose a larger text size, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Eric's own sign-in page sets one cookie on his device only.

Phone calls, texts and email

If you call, text or email, Eric keeps your number and messages so he can follow up about your vehicle, like any business would.

Want your details removed?

Email VillageMobileMechanic@gmail.com or call (845) 661-4583, and Eric will delete what you sent through the website.
